By using DevTest in any way you are agreeing to comply with these terms, which may be updated without notice.

Terms / Conditions

You will not attempt to disrupt the functioning of the DevTest system or otherwise act in a way that interferes with other users of DevTest.

We may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. We do not control these sites and resources, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for any aspects of those sites, including their availability, content, accuracy, legality or delivery of services.

You will indemnify DevTest, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related in any way to your use of or conduct on DevTest.

DevTest will not be liable to any users of DevTest services for any: loss of business; loss of revenue; loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and/or loss of data; loss of anticipated earnings; loss of offers of employment; loss of time; loss of oppurtunity to hire an employee; and/or any other loss damage which arise out of or are related to your use of the services.

DevTest shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use or misuse of any of the information containted in any of the materials stored on the DevTest servers.

You will not submit content which you have no ownership of, or are not the responsible party for, unless you possess an appropriate license to said content.

You will accept fully the liability of your use of DevTest.

Your use of DevTest is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “as available” basis.

DevTest has no express or implied warranty of the quality or suitability of DevTest for any purpose.

No liability is accepted in the event that any data stored on DevTest is lost, corrupted, or hacked into.

DevTest reserves the right to terminate the availability of DevTest for any reason at any time. Upon termination your account may at DevTest's sole descretion be refunded any money which was prepaid.

Any custom tests written will not be refunded after development work has commenced. You will be allowed one set of revisions to your test, and further revisions at DevTest's sole descretion.

When you purchase a custom test, you are purchasing our services to write the test. This means that if you do not like the result, you will not be entitled a refund.

You must use your own judgement when making job offers. Performance of a candidate in our test suite in no way guarantees performance in a role.

DevTest in no way endorses or reccommends any specific candidate. DevTest is not a recruitment agency.

Credits purchased are used to invite candidates to take a test. If a candidate does not take a test after being invited to take one you will not be entitled to an additional credit. If for any reason an invitation does not reach a candidate, for example incorrect email address entered, mail goes to spam folder etc, we may at our sole descretion return the credit to your account. Please contact customer support if this is the case.

These terms and conditions are the entire agreement between you and DevTest. No other communication, whether written or oral, will be deemed to supplement or supersede these terms and conditions unless made in writing and signed by both you and DevTest.
